Pharmacology is the discipline that studies the interactions and principles between drugs and the body, serving as the crucial link between basic medicine and clinical medicine, as well as between medicine and pharmacy. It is a core foundational course for medical-related disciplines. The content covers general pharmacology and pharmacology across multiple systems (emergent, central nervous, cardiovascular, etc.), providing a systematic explanation of the principles governing drug–body interactions and the core knowledge of representative drugs (pharmacological actions, mechanisms, clinical applications, etc.).

课程成果

  • Understand the fundamental concepts of pharmacology, drug classification and representative drugs, and be able to explain the general principles of drug–body interactions and the methodological approaches used in pharmacology research.
  • Clarify the mechanisms of action, clinical indications, adverse effects, and drug–drug interactions.
  • Apply pharmacology knowledge to solve clinical medication problems, such as analyzing efficacy and adverse effects and adjusting treatment regimens.
  • Be able to assess the efficacy and safety of different drugs and determine whether they are suitable for specific patient populations.
